Placing your order:

A 50% Non-Refundable deposit is required on all orders with full payment due when your order is completed and ready for pick-up or mail-out. All order are shipped within one business day of when full payment has been confirmed. (We reserve the right to waive the 50% non-refundable deposit and charge full price upfront before any work will be done. Also we reserve the right to refuse serve at any time.)

Payment Options:

Pay pal, email money transfer

(pick-up/delivery only): Money order, Cash or Square (for credit cards)

Shipping:

Your order will be mailed to you using Canada Post; an additional charge will be added to the total of your order and adjusted to the size of your order.

Full payment must be received before your order is shipped. *** Signature option is now a must, included in price of shipping.***

Picking -up your order after it's COMPLETE:

Once your order is complete and you have been notified, you will have 1 week to contact me and make arrangements to pick-up your order. If you do not contact me within that time, your order maybe sold to someone else.

We hold a paid item for 3 months. You will receive 3 messages if in that time you have not contacted us to or replied making pick up arrangements, you will receive a final message with a due date. After that date we reserve the right to sell your item and NO refund has to be given.

Custom Orders

Ordering Protocols:

If your order is required for a certain date (ex. birthday, photography session etc.);

A minimum 3 week notice is required after deposit is confirmed to allow for your order to be completed properly.  All orders are respectfully on a first come first serve basis.

Completion Times:

Times may vary, please inquiry

Please also advise us if product is required by a certain date before starting order to insure time availability.

Customer Satisfaction:

Customer Satisfaction is very important to us and all business is appreciated as such:

A photo of your finished item will be provided to you for your final approval of your order before it’s sent to you. 

Respectful:

Once approved it will be mailed to you at which point I cannot accept returns.

Return Policy:

We do not accept any returns or exchanges.

Special Product Note:

All items are for COS PLAY ONLY, not Battle ready.

Donations & Giveaway Items:

Donations items will not be customized. Please email me at bitleathercrafting@yahoo.ca and I will provided you with a list and pictures of the ready to ship items and that you may choose from them. I will also provide any necessary information and business cards upon pick-up/delivery of the item. Custom Orders are for paying customers only due to the time involved in creating them.
